What about your warranty?
We give 3 years warranty for 360,DG SG and 380 model for quality probelm(except the wearing parts).
We give 3 years warranty for S90 premium main parts and 1 year for others.
Who will install the machine?
There are 2 ways for installation:
1: We can send engineer to install, buyer afford one engineer travel cost
2: We give online support if buyer want to install the machine with local team
Could i visit your factory?Where is it?
Our factory located in Xiaoshan District Hangzhou city, close to Hangzhou airport and Hangzhou East train station,welcome to visit our factory, we have showroom with all models for your check.
How long for the lead time?
The lead time via models and local power voltage, our standard electrical need 3 phase 380v and 50hz power, the leadtime about 10-15 days. If need to custmize with 3 phase 220v 60hz for some countries, need 30-40 days.
